The owner of Every Vote Counts, Alicia Jensen, has served
on her HOA Board of Directors and has direct personal
experience with controversial and expensive assessments.

Alicia has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of
California, Davis, a Master of Arts degree from San Diego
State University, and more than 10 years of experience in
the field of urban development in the state of California,
including work in public noticing and responding to public
comments. She is also a California Notary Public.
